haven't tried hyde before this, but i love them so much more than i expected!! shipping was fast (3 days total) once it was dropped off at the PO, ordered on tuesday and got it exactly 8 days later! they're real too, confirmed with the given qr code. the flavours aren't my favorite (blue razz ice and fruit punch), but they're usable :) hoping that they'll last me at least a week or two!!!

Did not receive and no one answered my multiple emails

I had forgotten to my apartment number and it was sent back I had emailed once then waited a few days to a week then emailed again and still nothing it has been about 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything back as a reply or refund the only thing I’ve gotten was an auto email that said to include my order number which I did in my emails and still nothing.

Untill it arrives back to us we don't refund anything. Its still in your city. Takes 2 seconds to call usps and tell them which apartment to deliver it too, or even redirect the package to the correct address.
